Management Philosophy and Fundamental Sustainability Policies

Sapporo Group is committed to conducting sincere corporate activities that enhance the trust of its stakeholders, while striving to achieve sustainable growth in corporate value.

Sapporo Group’s Sustainability Policy and Approach

Sapporo Breweries incorporates the concept of sustainability into its philosophy of “Pioneering the legacy of tomorrow” and positions it as a key element of its management.
Based on this philosophy, we identify material issues (materiality) and establish KPIs, and strive to create value through our business activities that contribute to solving global social issues. In doing so, we aim to achieve both “the realization of a sustainable society” and “the sustained growth of the Group.”
Going forward, we will further integrate sustainability with our management strategy and promote initiatives across the entire organization through our business activities.

Sapporo Group Code of Business Conduct

This is the basis of regulations enforced at Group companies and the fundamental policy to realize the Sapporo Group Management Philosophy through daily conduct.
This Code focuses on corporate morals and ensures ethical behavior to enhance the corporate value of the Sapporo Group.
