Aiming to "convert all employees to DX human resources," the Sapporo Group launched its proprietary DX Talent Development program in full scale in 2022.
By providing continuous learning opportunities that keep pace with technological advancements, establishing a structured development framework, and regularly assessing and visualizing literacy levels, we ensure that all employees acquire foundational AI and data utilization skills. Furthermore, by cultivating highly skilled digital human capital capable of identifying business challenges and driving the implementation of DX initiatives for transformation, we aim to build an organization that continuously achieves operational efficiency and sophistication.
Overview of DX Talent Development
Since 2022, we have conducted training for all employees as well as core human capital training through open recruitment and selection. By providing education tailored to each organizational level, we have built a human capital foundation capable of steering the company toward "preparing for results creation." Furthermore, we are conducting even more advanced training for selected individuals from among the human capital we have developed.

We launched the "DX Innovation Lab" as a mechanism for trained human capital to drive and implement DX projects, thereby establishing a framework that leads to results.
