Advancing Business Strategy Through “Three Group DX Strategies” Under Four DX Business Environment Initiatives

The Sapporo Group has formulated a Group DX Strategy to promote digital transformation (DX) in order to continue growing alongside all stakeholders and maximize value for both customers and the company.

In 2020, the Sapporo Group formulated the Group Management Plan 2024, which includes “Establishing a Simple and Compact Corporate Structure” as one of its basic Management Policies. This initiative promotes the transformation toward an organizational structure centered on simple and compact business units capable of responding promptly to customers, as well as mechanisms to strengthen value creation for customers. As one of the specific measures, the Group has identified the promotion of BPR and DX.

The Sapporo Group’s DX Strategy is designed not only to accelerate these initiatives and achieve the Group Management Plan but also to view this era of rapid change and uncertainty as an opportunity, serving as a driving force to transform the organization and mindset so that we can respond promptly to our customers.To advance the Group’s DX Strategy, we will implement strategies based on the “Three Group DX Strategies” under the framework of the “Four Pillars of DX Business Environment Development” (hereinafter referred to as “DX Business Environment Development”). We aim to continue growing together with all stakeholders and maximize value for both customers and the company.
