The Sapporo Group is conducting DX Infrastructure Development with the goal of ensuring that DX goes beyond mere technology adoption and operational efficiency to directly address management challenges.To
respond to rapid changes in the market environment and the diversification of customer needs, we are promoting DX as an integral part of our Management Strategy. By integrating data from core and operational systems, we aim to enable comprehensive and advanced analysis. This will lead to the creation of differentiated customer experiences through the use of AI and data, as well as sustainable growth through the advancement of data-driven management.

Test 1 July–September

Recruited volunteers from participants in the DX Core Human Capital Training program to conduct a pilot of generative AI

Confirmed its usefulness by integrating with internal data

2024
Test 2 February–December

Expanded the target group to approximately 700 employees, primarily from head office departments, and began the second round of pilot testing

1. Training to Promote Adoption (for beginners and promoters)

2. Follow-up support through prompt sharing and distribution of tips

3. Monitoring using quantitative and qualitative data from BI tools and surveys

Begin rollout of the Sapporo Group’s proprietary generative AI tool, “SAPPORO AI-Stick”

  • A tool built using Amazon Bedrock on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Equipped with text-based conversation and image generation capabilities
  • By integrating with the Sapporo Group’s internal data, the tool can generate responses based on internal information
  • Aims to improve operational quality and productivity, as well as streamline business processes
