Policy briefing for suppliers
Policy Briefing for Suppliers

Every year, Sapporo Breweries and Pokka Sapporo hold policy briefings for major domestic suppliers to share our procurement initiatives. We strive to build a two-way relationship by asking suppliers to conduct and submit self-assessments regarding their own Sustainability efforts, while also requesting their cooperation in surveys to verify whether the Sapporo Group is conducting activities in accordance with our Basic Procurement Policy.

Proactive IR Activities

Briefing for analysts
Analyst Briefings

In addition to financial results presentations for domestic securities firm analysts and institutional investors, Sapporo Breweries holds financial results presentations via teleconference twice a year to comply with quarterly disclosure requirements. We strive to provide clear explanations using materials such as documents and videos, and all content is published in the IR Library on our website.
For overseas institutional investors, we conduct IR activities led by management to explain our long-term strategies.
We also provide audio recordings of the presentations for investors who are unable to attend the briefings on our website.
We actively engage in IR activities, including conducting more than 160 one-on-one meetings annually with domestic and international institutional investors and participating in group meetings organized by securities firms.

Information Disclosure via Various IR Tools

Sapporo Breweries strives to maintain close communication with shareholders and investors through various IR tools. We consistently provide the latest information and work to ensure consistency between domestic and international disclosures. By regularly publishing detailed financial results on our IR website, we ensure the timely dissemination of information.
