As a manufacturer and seller of alcoholic beverages, we consider it our social responsibility to address alcohol-related issues sincerely. Accordingly, we have implemented an age verification system for access to alcohol-related information on the Sites.
You represent and warrant that you are of legal drinking age in your country of residence.
For age verification purposes, you will be required to enter your country of residence and date of birth. Where the legal drinking age varies by alcohol category or jurisdiction (such as by state), the stricter standard will apply.
If you are under the legal drinking age, you will be redirected to pages that exclude alcohol-related information. Information provided for age verification will not be used for any other purpose. Information regarding minimum legal drinking ages by country is obtained from the IARD database.

All matters relating to the Sites, including disputes, shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
The Tokyo District Court of Japan shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.

The Japanese version of these Terms of Use shall be the official and controlling version. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Japanese version and any translation, the Japanese version shall prevail.
